Brandon Roy erupted for 12 of his 22 points in the fourth quarter and Steve Blake drained three free throws in the final 14 seconds to help the Trail Blazers hold off the Wizards, 98-92, on the road Wednesday for their season-best sixth straight win.

Greg Oden notched his sixth double-double of the season with 13 points and 10 rebounds.

Brandon Roy posted 23 points, six rebounds and five assists and Rudy Fernandez scored 12 of his 18 in a big fourth quarter that carried the Trail Blazers to a 104-97 road victory over the Knicks on Tuesday.

Portland has now won four straight against the Knicks, including the last three games at Madison Square Garden. Tuesday's win also extended the Blazers' win streak to five, as well as improved their record against Eastern Conference teams to 6-0. Their 13-6 start is the Blazers' best since 1999-00.

LaMarcus Aldridge added 17 points and Travis Outlaw had 16 as five Blazers finished in double figures.
